At Equalizer Health, we are an out-of-network provider. We collect payment at time of service and provide you with a "superbill" for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We are happy to help our patients with this process. This approach allows us to prioritize transparent pricing and deliver personalized, one-on-one treatments focused solely on your rehabilitation needs! When looking at total cost of a care encounter, our patients are almost always paying less than their in-network providers. Insurance is purposefully confusing so feel free to call and ask us questions!
